As Western Canada’s largest convention centre, the BMO Centre is a total of 1 million sq. ft., made up of 500,000 sq. ft. of pre-function and heart of house space.  This is an ideal location for hosting our conference as the building is made up of numerous spaces to accommodate a variety of events all at the same time!

Volunteer Badge Checkers are positioned at the entrances to key access spaces throughout the venue, rotating locations every hour to ensure consistent and welcoming coverage. You are the friendly first checkpoint that keeps the event running smoothly by confirming that every guest entering the EDU space is properly registered and wearing their access badge.

Your presence ensures that all attendees inside the experience are meant to be there—while still creating a warm, positive welcome for everyone who arrives.
