This role is critical to the smooth, secure, and professional flow of the event.

Volunteer Security team members are trusted guardians of our most sensitive spaces. You’ll be positioned in one of four secure access points, rotating locations every hour, and will serve as the first (and sometimes final) checkpoint for entry into backstage, green room, and speaker-only areas.

These zones are confidential, noise-sensitive, and high-trust environments, often occupied by speakers, VIPs, and production teams. Your presence ensures these areas remain calm, controlled, and accessible only to those who are permitted.
