ROLE:

The Volunteer Command Centre Lead is the heartbeat of the volunteer experience. Positioned in the Main Volunteer Room, this individual oversees volunteer check-ins, supports wayfinding teams, manages shift flow, and serves as the primary point of contact for volunteer needs, questions, and triage.

This role requires someone who is calm under pressure, exceptionally organized, confident with technology, and deeply familiar with both the volunteer program and the venue layout. If something needs solving, this person is already on it.
