What We Do
Ushers play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and high-energy conference experience.
Ushers are responsible for greeting attendees, guiding them into assigned session spaces, and ensuring seating is filled efficiently. We always like to ensure that we guide attendees to the front of the room and assist them with finding open seats, or exits.
Each Usher will be assigned to a main stage or breakout track and will be positioned by their Volunteer Usher Lead at the entrance doors of the track. Ushers help manage the flow of guests into the room, support wayfinding, and contribute to a smooth and professional session experience.
